Arctic Restaurant Equipment & Supply was established in April 1999. We’re a locally owned and family operated business. Darrel and Linda Crowl are the owners of Arctic. Since 1978, the Crowl family has been serving the Tulsa metro area through their reputable refrigeration service company, Crowl Mechanical.
Meralee Crowl, the store manager, has been with the Arctic team since 2006. You’ll find Meralee to be very friendly and eager to help. Meralee was the driving force behind our fantastic showroom design. Our customers quite often rave about the ease of finding exactly what they need to operate their business on a day to day basis.
Sam Reece, joined us in 2003 and offers our customers many years of refrigeration and kitchen ventilation sales experience. Anytime you’re after kitchen exhaust grease hoods, walk-in refrigeration, or the larger food service equipment, just call Sam and rest assured you’ll be taken care of.
Jeanna Snook joined our sales force in 2013. Having previously worked in food service, Jeanna has wonderful insight into which new items to stock and what will help your waitstaff perform effectively and efficiently. She also does a phenomenal job of keeping the store (and the rest of us) in line. Our customers love her willing attitude.
We have a large selection of Prince Castle, Southbend, Pitco and Atosa cooking equipment in our showroom. When it comes to keeping things cold, we stock Atosa and True refrigeration, most units come with a 2-year, parts and labor, warranty. True is the very top of the line with high-quality equipment built right here in the USA! We offer a large selection of new and used reach in refrigerators and freezers, as well as refrigerated sandwich prep units and display refrigerators. For ice machines, Manitowoc is our first pick! We stock machines that make cubed, nugget and flaked ice! Manitowoc products are highly dependable for years of reliable service and are backed by the best warranties in the industry.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please ask! If we don’t have it in stock, we can usually special order what you need. In addition to new items, we also offer an ever-changing selection of used equipment and small wares, usually at half or below the new prices.
