Darrel and Linda Crowl, are the local owners of Arctic. Tulsan's have known the Crowl's since 1975 serving the food industry through they're reputable refrigeration service company at Crowl Mechanical. 

Meralee Crowl is the store manager at Arctic. You'll find Meralee very friendly and eager to help. Meralee has been the driving force at Arctic for the fantastic showroom we have for you. Our customers quite often, rave with the setup, appearance and ease of finding exactly what they need to operate their business on a day to day basis.

Meralee's latest additions to the store is the full line of Chef Works apparel, from Chef's coats and hats to work pants, you'll find all styles and sizes in stock at Arctic.

And right next to the display of Chef Works apparel are disposables for take out! With the everyday items you need, such as: cups, lids and condiment holders. You can purchase any disposable items by the sleeve or by the entire case! Meralee has worked hard to make Arctic a one stop supply house for your food service business needs.

Kelley Nottingham joined the Arctic team in March 2010. Kelley has tremendous food service experience from Sonic Corporate, as well as years of experience working with Scotsman and True Refrigeration dealerships in Oklahoma. We're thrilled to offer Kelley's experience for our customers!

Then there's Sam, who has been with Arctic since 2003. Sam offers our customers many years of refrigeration and kitchen ventalation sales experience. Anytime you're after kitchen exhaust grease hoods, walk in coolers, freezers, Ice Makers or any food service equipment, just call Sam and rest assured you'll be taken care of.

We have a large selection of Vollrath, Southbend, Pitco and Royal cooking equipment in our showroom. And, when it comes to keeping things cold, we stock Ascend Refrigeration with a 2 year parts and labor warranty on new Ascend equipment. We offer a huge selection of new and used reach in cooler & freezers, as well as refrigerated sandwich & pizza prep units.

We're big on Manitowoc Ice Machines too! We stock cubers, nugget & flaked ice makers. Manitowoc products are highly dependable for years of reliable service, backed by the best warranties in the business for ice machines.

If you can't find what you're after, special orders are not a problem.  In addition to new items, we also offer a limited and changing selection of used equipment and small wares, usually at half or below the new prices.
